I bought a battery that failed way sooner than it should have, so I reached out about a return or warranty help. The whole process was frustrating. Every reply felt like they were just moving me through a system and asking for one more thing, instead of actually trying to help. Responses took forever and were vague, and after weeks of back and forth they told me it wasn’t covered anyway. i felt more like a ticket number than a customer. I finally gave up and won’t be buying from them again

I placed my order two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. Am I missing something here? I get that delays happen, but this feels way longer than expected and frustrating.

I ordered a replacement battery from batterysupplier.com, and at first it seemed fine. Shipping was... okay, nothing really to complain about there.
